Information about substance use treatment is subject to additional federal protections under 42 CFR Part 2, as well as state confidentiality laws and HIPAA. Once you become a client of Roanoke Refuge, your protected health information is governed by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, not this website privacy policy.
